I have neteller account for two to three years now but I never have a funds in here and I don't even know if my account is still active as I still don't open it and the last time I open it I got password lock because I forgot the password. lols. But I think I'm going to be active with my neteller if theirs a way to earn money and get paid via neteller.

Yes you are correct one can only used an e currency account or a payment processor when there is a potential way to earn through it and also the means of exchanging the fund ,if its easy then the program will get more users

If you have neteller even if you don't use it you need to open it from time to time to make sure its not going to get locked. My account has been locked since I did not open it for many months. Neteller accept my password but its ask me secret question that I forgot since I only record my passport. Its really frustrate me but right now It really does not matter because I don't have money in their anyway.
